Alicia J.’s journey with North Shore Gymnastics Association (NSGA) spans decades—beginning as a gymnast, evolving into a coach, and now, a parent of competitive athletes.
The North Shore Gymnastics Association boys’ team made an impressive showing at the Minnesota State Championships held at North St. Paul High School in March.
This past weekend North Shore gymnastics hosted the Shamrock Shake Invitational, which was held at the Gangelhoff Center on the campus of Concordia University.
The North Shore Gymnastics boys’ team showcased their talent at the 8th Annual Minnesota GymACT Invitational on Feb. 15-16. Over 200 young gymnasts competed.
