North Shore gymnasts compete in Twin Cities Invite

The North Shore Gymnastics Association boys team headed to the State Fairgrounds for the Twin Cities Invite hosted by Mini Hops on Jan. 18 and 19.

On the chilly Saturday morning, the Level 5 and 6 boys kicked off the meet and set the stage for an exciting weekend of competition! Máté Toth (8, Orono) delivered an impressive performance as he soared to first place on the Vault and a solid fifth place on the Still Rings in the Level 5 Jr A division. In the Level 6 Junior Elite category, Hudson Arvizo (10, Maple Plain) and Cable Farley (11, Long Lake) demonstrated that hard work and determination pay off. Arvizo secured second place in the Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, and Horizontal Bar events while finishing third on Parallel Bars. His strong performance also earned him second place in the All-Around competition. Farley demonstrated his exceptional skills with a stellar performance on the Horizontal Bar, where he claimed first place. Additionally, he finished in second place on the Parallel Bars and third place in the Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, and Vault and in the All-Around competition.
