Shamrock Shake Volunteer Sessions

Below is the list of all of the Volunteer Opportunities for the Shamrock Shake

When you sign up for a session, you are signed up for the time spot, assignments will be given upon arrival.

Once you have signed up for a spot, you are responsible to take the shift or find a replacement.

Location: Concordia University, Gangelhoff Center 235 Hamline Ave N, St Paul, MN 55104
Dates: March 7-9th, (Set up is Thursday, March 6)

Washing Shirts: Pick up volunteer shirts at Concordia Friday 3/7, take home wash, fold and get back to Concordia by 7:15am Saturday 3/8
Friday, March 7th – 9:45pm#1: Katie Merz
Clean Up: Take home all the blue shirts and tablecloths as well as any towels to wash and return the following week. Take home hospitality items and left-over beverages that can’t freeze and return to the gym the next week. Thoroughly wash out the Keurig coffee machine. WILL NEED A LARGE VEHICLE TO FIT EVERYTHING IN, and in a place to keep items that can't freeze. (one session)
