PLEASE NOTE: You are not renting the entire facility for exclusive use.
There may be other groups of children in the gym during your special event.
NSGA Birthday Party Policies
- All parties will be scheduled through the office.
- A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time the party is scheduled. The balance of the payment is due the day of the party. The $50 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, however, you may transfer the deposit to another party if scheduled within 30 days of the original party date.
- At least one adult must assist in observing the children at all times.
- Parents of children attending the party who are not current members of NSGA, must complete a online participation/medical/release waiver. These are located on the NSGA website and link to the NSGA parent portal is provided in party confirmation email.
- No alcohol allowed.
