The sport of ninja is… “To move uninterrupted

The sport of ninja is...
“To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to elude an opponent.”

At North Shore we offer an amazing Ninja Zone training program that will combine military style obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, gymnastics tumbling, and ‘ninja’ style moves just like what you would see in a video game or in the movies!

This program is great for your child to learn Confidence, being part of a group, and impulse control just to name a few.

Once you graduate from preschool or your child is

Once you graduate from preschool or your child is just starting gymnastics at the age of 5 and up you will be able to participate in a recreational progressive gymnastics program. This program works with kids of all skill levels to help them reach their potential in a safe and positive learning environment. Students are continually challenged to keep growing and developing their skills and building upon skills they have already mastered! Gymnastics helps your child work on balance, flexibility, strength, agility, and coordination. More information is available online at www.northshoregym.org.

We offer preschool classes for kiddos between the

We offer preschool classes for kiddos between the ages of 16 month and 4 years old. Wonderful walkers is a parent (or other “big person”) participation class that is 30 minutes long for our 16 month old - 2 year old students. This 30 minute class teaches basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, swinging, hanging, jumping and more!

Next we offer Talented Two’s for our 2 year old students, this is a parent (or other “big person”) participation class that is 30 minutes. This class teaches basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, swinging, hanging, jumping and more! As a parent assisted class, we also work on gaining independence for those students who are close to turning three to prepare them for a class without a parent.

Tremendous Threes for our 3 year old students. This 45 minute class is for three year olds who are ready to participate without a parent and can follow basic directions. Movement activities, explorative play and rhyming activities enforce learning of basic gymnastics and social skills.

Finally our Fabulous Fours for our 4 year old students! This class teaches basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, swinging, hanging, jumping and more! As a parent assisted class, we also work on gaining independence for those students who are close to turning three to prepare them for a class without a parent.

As we’re quickly approaching the end of the summ

As we’re quickly approaching the end of the summer make sure you secure your spot in your school year gymnastics or ninja classes! Limited space available so don’t wait! Reminder that we charge tuition on a monthly basis and if you miss a week you get one makeup class per month. We’ll see ya then.
